All prescription medications are issued following a clinical assessment conducted via our online consultation process. No prescription will be issued without appropriate clinical review by a qualified prescriber.
Our pharmacist or prescribing clinician has full clinical discretion to refuse or modify a prescription request. Prescriptions are valid in accordance with UK legal requirements and may not be transferred or reused.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or factors outside our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or listed contact details.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispensed medications once they have left our pharmacy, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
